What lands in Unpaid

To handle → Unpaid lists every subscription Stripe reports as past due, unpaid, or incomplete.

Each row shows the customer, the plan and amount for the billing cycle (€ / month or € / year — the same cycle amount Overview totals), tenure on this subscription, the Stripe status, how many days it's been past due, and the follow-ups in progress (an X / X counter — hover it for the detail).

Filter by status, follow-up state, or tenure from the chips above the table. Click a row to open the detail panel.

Scheduled cancels on a still-live subscription live on Leaving, not here — a subscription that's both past due and set to cancel can appear on both lists.

Tenure counts whole calendar months since this subscription's Stripe start date. A resubscribe starts over, and — shows when Stripe never sent a start date.

Actions

From a subscription's panel you can:

• Retry the invoice — asks Stripe to charge it again right away. If the card works, the run flips to recovered on the spot.
• Copy the payment-update link — a churnhook link you can send over Slack or email. The customer lands directly on Stripe's card-update screen. It stays valid for 30 days, or until the subscription leaves Unpaid.

These are the same actions your recovery emails already point customers to — Unpaid just lets you trigger them by hand when you want to move faster.

Enroll

Stripe doesn't replay payment failures that already happened before you connected; a sequence only starts on a new event. Enroll N (hover the i next to it for the breakdown) starts the live Unpaid sequence for every eligible row, regardless of active filters. Confirm shows the preview first.

Enroll is optional — you can leave these subscriptions uncovered.

Reading the follow-up counter

The X / X badge counts running follow-ups over the ones already started for this subscription. Hover it to see each sequence and where it stands:

A 1 / 2 means two sequences have already run for this subscription, and one is still active. Recovered, cancelled, failed, and completed runs drop out of the "running" count.
