Stripe Connect Standard

No secret keys stored

EN & FR interface

Three steps, nothing to install

No code to write, no infrastructure to manage — just Stripe Connect.

01

Connect Stripe

Two-click OAuth, test mode first. Customers and subscriptions sync on their own.

02

Turn on a sequence

Start from a ready-made template, or compose your own on the canvas: triggers, waits, conditional branches, coupons.

03

It stops on its own

Invoice paid, subscription saved or customer gone: follow-ups stop immediately, never a double send.

One scenario, as many paths as customers

Stripe trigger, on-brand emails, smart waits, branches based on customer history, coupons — composed on a visual canvas, without a line of code.

One cockpit for all of recovery

Every departure signal, every decision, every email — visible and personalized, no manual work.

Real-time metrics

MRR at risk, recovered, rate — over 7, 30 or 90 days.

Past-due inbox

Days past due, a running follow-up, and one-click actions.

Live, controllable runs

The current step in real time — pause or stop in one click.

On-brand emails

Rich editor, customer variables, a faithful preview before sending. The AI assistant drafts the first pass.

Every follow-up, personalized

Tenure, plan, history: the offer adapts automatically.

Cancel widget

Exit survey, 1–2 month pause, win-back.

Cancelling isn't the end — it's a second chance

Dunning recovers payments; the widget recovers voluntary churn. One script to paste, and every click on “Cancel” becomes an opportunity.

You finally know why they leave.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to hand over a Stripe API key?

No. The connection uses Stripe Connect (Standard OAuth): you grant access from Stripe and can revoke it at any time. No secret key from your account is ever stored.

Can I try it without touching real customers?

Yes. Connect a Stripe test-mode account: a built-in simulation lab creates fake customers, fails payments, and shows you the whole recovery cycle.

When do follow-ups stop?

The moment the invoice is paid, the run flips to “recovered” and no more emails go out. If the subscription is canceled, the sequence stops too. Never a follow-up after the fact.

How do the MRR packs work?

We snapshot your live Connect MRR each day (UTC). At period end we bill the peak: €79 covers the first €20k; each extra €20k is one €49 pack. Growing mid-month does not pause recovery.

What do my customers see?

On-brand emails — your logo, your footer — with a link to Stripe's official Customer Portal to update their card and pay.

How do I cancel?

From Settings, through the Stripe portal: update the card or cancel. Packs follow the peak automatically. Your data stays accessible.
