Workspace

Language, date format, workspace clock, and your password.

Language, timezone, and date format

Settings has five tabs: General, Billing, Stripe, Email, Widget. Language, timezone, date format, password, and notifications live on General. Logo, footer, and sending domain live on Email — see Email branding.

Language is yours — this operator, this browser. It applies to the product, but doesn't change when emails send or how times are shown.

Timezone is one clock for the whole workspace: every teammate sees the same times, wherever they are. Sequence waits and recovery emails follow this clock.

Date format is yours — this operator. It only changes the order of day, month, and year on screen.

ChoiceExample (2 September 2026)
DD/MM/YYYY02/09/2026
MM/DD/YYYY09/02/2026
YYYY-MM-DD2026-09-02

Until you pick one, the format follows your language.

Password

If you sign in with email and password: current password, new password, confirm (8 characters minimum). After a change, this browser stays signed in; other devices need to sign in again.

A Google-only account has no password — the card explains that, it doesn't create one. See Security & data for reset by email.

Who can change what

Only the owner can change the workspace timezone. Every signed-in operator freely picks their own language, their own date format, and their own password.

Customers don't have their own timezone: a subscriber in Tokyo always gets their emails at the workspace's time, never their own.
