Live notifications

Real-time toasts while you work — and how to choose what you see.

What pops up

A toast appears in the corner of the screen when something meaningful happens on your account. Clicking it opens the run it's about.

Three things trigger a toast — nothing else interrupts you:

NotificationWhen
Recovery run startedA sequence just began following up a subscription.
Payment recoveredA run just won.
Invoice retry succeededA manual retry collected an open invoice from Unpaid.

Each toast names the customer and the sequence. A mass enroll triggers a single summary toast, not one per customer.

Choosing what you see

Settings → General, on the Notifications card. One switch mutes everything; below it, one checkbox per type. This setting is saved on this browser only — each operator keeps their own preference.

What muting doesn't change

Muting toasts is just a visual heads-up layer:

  • Lists keep refreshing live.
  • Sequences keep running and emails keep sending.
  • Nothing is queued — a muted toast is simply not shown.
Simulation's progress bar (the demo lab) is a separate toast, at the bottom of the screen — it isn't affected by these settings.
