Reading the surveys

Cancellations → Exit surveys lists every answer collected by the cancel widget. Each row shows the status (submitted, linked to a real cancellation, paused instead, or kept after showing interest in a plan change), the chosen reason (with the free-text detail when the customer left one), and the subscription id.

Filter by status or reason from the column headers. The list refreshes live.

Pause offers

When a customer accepts a pause, the survey shows Paused with its duration. The subscription resumes on its own at the end — nothing for you to do.

Win-back

If the customer cancels anyway, their survey answer is linked to the cancellation, and a win-back sequence can start automatically for that subscription.
